Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier in common areas and when passing through to the apartments.

Pets must not be left alone in the apartment at any time.

During cleaning, pets must be outside the apartment or kept under the supervision of their owners. When the apartment is being cleaned, pets must remain outside. If they are inside, they must be kept in a pet carrier or on a leash under the supervision of their owners.

Upon arrival, you must present an up-to-date vaccination and deworming record. In addition, to enter Andorra, your pet must have a microchip, a valid rabies vaccination and a Pet Passport. For more information, please contact the Department of Agriculture at (+376) 875 703.

The owner is responsible for any noise caused by their pet. If it disturbs other guests, we may ask for the pet to be accommodated outside the apartments or, in serious cases, terminate the stay without the right to make a claim.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture (beds, sofas, chairs) or to use the baths or showers. Apartment linen (towels, sheets) must not be used to clean pets.

We can provide a bowl for your pet if needed, but we do not provide pet beds or mats, although you are welcome to bring your own.
These basic rules help ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Upon arrival, we will ask you to sign them as a commitment to comply with them.
